Legal Counsel (Employment)

We’re working exclusively with a fast-growing international business to appoint its first dedicated Employment Legal Counsel. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape the employment law function while working closely with HR, leadership, and legal teams across Europe, the US, and Asia.

The Role

You'll advise on a broad range of employment matters, including:

• Employee relations, investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters
\n
• Employment contracts, policies, and organisational change
\n
• Workforce planning, employment compliance, and legal risk
\n
• Supporting HR and senior stakeholders on strategic employment issues
\n
• Managing external counsel and delivering employment law training
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1+ years' PQE in employment law
\n
• Strong UK employment law knowledge; international experience is a plus
\n
• Commercial, pragmatic, and confident partnering with business stakeholders
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
