Site Manager – High-End Joinery Location: London and surrounding areas Salary: Dependent on experience Job Type: Permanent We are working with an established specialist joinery contractor that designs, manufactures and installs high-quality bespoke joinery across high end residential and commercial projects. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee joinery installation packages across London and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities * Manage bespoke joinery installations from site commencement through to completion * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and installation programmes * Liaise with main contractors, project managers, designers and other trades * Ensure works are completed to the required quality and specification * Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues * Manage health and safety documentation, including RAMS and site inductions * Carry out quality checks, snagging and final handovers * Report project progress to the internal management team Requirements * Previous Site Management experience within bespoke joinery or specialist interior fit-out * High-end residential joinery experience would be highly advantageous * Strong understanding of bespoke furniture, cabinetry, panelling and architectural joinery * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Excellent attention to detail and quality standards * Strong communication and organisational skills * Valid CSCS card * SMSTS This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected specialist contractor delivering detailed, high-quality joinery packages across prestigious projects
