Regional Field Technical Manager - North England

We’re looking for a Regional Field Technical Manager - North England and Scotland to support high-quality commercial kitchen equipment used by professional kitchens, helping them deliver great food efficiently and reliably. You’ll lead the service partner network across North England and Scotland in a hands-on role, combining strong technical knowledge with people skills to make sure customers receive the best possible service. What You’ll Do As A Regional Field Technical Manager ​​​​ * Manage and support service partners across your region. (Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle. With 2 days in Scotland) * Deliver technical training and annual service assessments. * Review KPIs and customer feedback to improve performance. * Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and carry out customer visits. * Support installations, technical projects and spare parts enquiries. * Travel across the region (up to 50%) with occasional international travel. What We’re Looking For in a ​​​​​​​Regional Field Technical Manager * 3+ years' experience as a Senior Service Engineer, Service Supervisor or Service Manager. * Strong electrical fault-finding skills and understanding of gas systems. * Hands-on service and repair experience within catering equipment, HVAC, automotive, heavy equipment or similar. * Gas Safe COMCAT 5 qualification is highly desirable. * Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and using diagnostic equipment. * Technical qualification or apprenticeship preferred. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. * Full UK driving licence and valid passport. ​​​​​​​If you’re an ambitious, target-driven professional eager to make an impact, please apply for this Regional Technical Manager
