Warehouse Operative Location: Dover Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent Shift Pattern: 3 Days / 3 Nights / 3 Off We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our clients growing manufacturing team in Dover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in supporting production and ensuring materials and finished goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Receive, check, and store incoming deliveries Pick materials and products accurately for production and customer orders Pack and prepare goods for dispatch Complete stock movements using warehouse systems and scanners Load and unload vehicles safely Carry out stock checks and report discrepancies Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift/Combi Lift where trainedAbout You: Reliable, hardworking, and committed to working safely Good attention to detail and accuracy Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Forklift or Combi Lift experience is an advantage, although training can be providedJoin a growing UK manufacturing business where your contribution makes a real difference.
