Job Advert: Site Manager / Supervisor (High-Spec Fit-Out) Location: Chelsea, London Project Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: Tuesday, August 11, 2026 Role Type: Contract / Freelance About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee a prestigious, high-specification fit-out project in the heart of Chelsea. This project requires a hands-on professional with a proven track record in high-end commercial interiors. You will be responsible for driving the project from inception to handover, ensuring the highest standards of finish, safety, and programme delivery. Key Responsibilities * Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day site activities, managing subcontractors, trades, and labour to ensure seamless workflow. * Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality standards associated with high-end, bespoke architectural finishes and joinery. * Programme Management * Health & Safety: Enforce strict site safety regulations, inductions, method statements, and risk assessments (RAMS). * Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Lead regular site meetings with project managers, designers, and clients to report on progress. Requirements & Qualifications * Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor managing high-spec fit-out projects (luxury residential or retail). * Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification. * Current First Aid at Work certification. * CSCS Card (Black or Gold supervisory level). * Exceptional eye for detail and finish quality. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
