A well-established engineering business in Poole is looking to recruit a reliable Sheet Metal Worker to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for a practical, hands-on Sheet Metal Worker who is keen to develop their skills within a busy and supportive workshop environment. The role is working a day shift Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday and paying £15ph If you're a motivated Sheet Metal Worker with a passion for working with metal components and developing your fabrication skills, this position offers excellent training, job security, and long-term career prospects. Key Responsibilities for the successful Sheet Metal Worker: Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal products Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and deburring components Work closely with experienced welders and fabricators across various projects Follow engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions Perform quality checks to ensure work meets required standards Contribute to maintaining a safe and tidy workshop environmentEssential Skills & Experience required to be considered for this Sheet Metal Worker position: Previous experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment such as fabrication support.
