We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
\n
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
\n
• Accurately log calls and update customer records on our CRM system
\n
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
\n
• Process orders, returns, and complaints in line with company procedures
\n
• Maintain a professional and positive manner at all times
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role (preferred but not essential)
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
\n
• Confident using computer systems and standard office software
\n
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple queries at once
\n
• Punctual, reliable, and a great team player
\n
