\nWe're looking for a Administrator to join a busy operations team.
\nThis is a varied role where you'll be at the heart of daily operations, working closely with customers, stakeholders, local authority representatives, and internal teams to ensure maintenance activities are accurately recorded, monitored, and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Maintain accurate records of street lighting assets and associated works. \n
- Input and update maintenance information and test results within internal systems. \n
- Allocate repair works and track progress through service management systems. \n
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices using SAP. \n
- Monitor open task orders and ensure timely completion. \n
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and local authority representatives. \n
- Support contract specialists with administrative and operational requests. \n
- Raise permits for works where required (full training provided). \n
- Maintain records and asset registers for parish council and additional works. \n
- Ensure non-contract works are invoiced accurately and on time. \n
