Reward Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward specialist to join a global organisation at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will play a key role in delivering the organisation's global reward agenda. You will lead core reward activities, provide expert guidance to stakeholders, and use workforce and market data to drive informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include:\n

• Leading annual reward cycles including salary reviews, incentive plans and other reward initiatives.
\n
• Supporting global mobility programmes and associated compliance requirements.
\n
• Assisting with regulatory reporting activities including remuneration and pay reporting obligations.
\n
• Partnering with business leaders and external providers to ensure robust governance and reward practices.
\n
• Analysing market and workforce data to support strategic reward recommendations
\n
• Providing expert advice on complex reward-related matters across a global workforce.
\n

About you: You are a commercially minded reward specialist with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and the analytical capability to turn data into meaningful insights. You will bring:\n

• Significant experience within compensation, benefits or total reward.
\n
• Experience operating within a complex, multi-site or international organisation.
\n
• Strong analytical and job evaluation expertise
\n
• Proven project management and delivery experience.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n
• CIPD qualification or equivalent specialist reward experience.
\n
• Knowledge of global mobility programmes would be advantageous.
\n

This role is remotely based, although applicants must be based in the UK.
