Senior Business Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated Business Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support to an Assistant Service Manager. This role is crucial for managing recording responsibilities and requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. This position is funded by Access to Work.
\nDay-to-day of the role:
\n- \n
- Manage and organise the inbox and outlook diary appointments, including arranging meetings and organising worker supervisions. \n
- Upload work onto social care software and support with recording on the same. \n
- Provide efficient and effective business process and document production, which may include complex minute taking, room bookings, scanning, and uploading documents. \n
- Offer customer services support to both internal and external customers. \n
- Type up case supervisions and personal supervisions. \n
- Retrieve and input information from case management systems, SharePoint, HR systems, and Excel spreadsheets. \n
- Assist with planning meetings, case supervisions, personal supervisions, and manager’s meetings. \n
- Support with SharePoint and Learning Link (LL) uploads and navigation. \n
- Handle performance data collection, overview of calendar for scheduling without clashes, and manage room and travel bookings. \n
- Process new starters and leavers and handle IT requests. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications/experience. \n
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role. \n
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills. \n
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality. \n
- Proficient in using IT systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. \n
- Experience working in a busy office environment with a good understanding of office processes and procedures. \n
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. \n
- Flexible in terms of work area and location, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. \n
