Head of Finance Operations Uxbridge | £65,000 - £70,000 I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Finance Operations to join a growing organisation in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance leader to take ownership of a high-volume Finance Operations function, leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Transaction Processing while driving operational excellence, automation and process improvement.Key responsibilities include:\n

• Leading the day-to-day Finance Operations function.
\n
• Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Transaction Processing teams.
\n
• Driving process improvements, automation and AI-enabled efficiencies.
\n
• Optimising ERP systems, with NetSuite experience highly desirable.
\n
• Developing robust financial controls, governance and compliance.
\n
• Producing operational reporting and KPIs for senior leadership.
\n
• Leading, mentoring and developing Finance Operations teams.
\n
• Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement and Operations.
\n

The ideal candidate will have:\n

\n
• Previous experience leading a Finance Operations or Shared Services function.
\n
• Strong experience managing AP, AR and Payroll teams.
\n
• A proven track record of delivering process improvements and operational transformation.
\n
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite would be advantageous).
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
\n
• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
\n
• Experience within a multi-site organisation would be beneficial.
\n
