The RoleThis is a varied position combining:\n
    \n
  • Statutory audit work
  • \n
  • Year-end accounts preparation
  • \n
  • Client advisory exposure
  • \n
  • Team development responsibilities
  • \n
Roughly 75% of the role will focus on audit assignments, with the remaining time spent supporting accounts and advisory projects.You’ll be:\n

  • Managing and delivering high-quality audits across a varied client portfolio
  • \n
  • Working closely with managers, directors and partners
  • \n
  • Building strong client relationships from day one
  • \n
  • Supporting junior members of the audit team through training and development
  • \n
  • Working alongside corporate tax and advisory teams
  • \n
  • Identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency across assignments
  • \n
What They’re Looking For\n
    \n
  • ACA / ACCA part-qualified or qualified
  • \n
  • Strong experience within audit or mixed audit/accounts roles in practice
  • \n
  • Experience working with corporate clients and owner-managed businesses
  • \n
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • \n
  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • \n
  • Organised, proactive and motivated mindset
