The company has an established reputation, a strong customer focus and ambitious growth plans, making this an ideal move for someone who wants to develop their career in a hands-on, commercially focused finance role.Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role within the finance team, producing accurate management accounts and providing insight to support decision-making across the business.You'll be involved in preparing P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, analysing costs, monitoring stock and inventory, and helping to improve financial processes and controls.What you'll need to succeedThe role would suit someone with solid management accounting experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing, distribution or stock-based environment. You'll need strong stock, Excel and analytical skills, good attention to detail and the confidence to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.You may be part-qualified and actively studying CIMA, ACCA or equivalent, or already qualified and looking for a varied role where you can make an impact.You will be living within a commutable distance of Lincoln as the role is office-based.
