\nLocation: Maidenhead (with international travel)Salary: Up to £85,000 + Benefits

\nI'm working exclusively with a well-established and innovative electronics business that is looking to appoint a Quality Manager to take ownership of quality operations across the UK, US and China.

\nThe Opportunity
\nReporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for leading the global quality function, managing teams across the UK and US, and ensuring the business continues to meet the highest quality standards across manufacturing, suppliers and customer delivery.
\nThis is a varied, hands-on leadership role that combines strategic quality management with practical problem solving and customer engagement.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Quality team across the UK and US. \n
- Maintain Quality Management Systems and ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards. \n
- Manage external and internal audits, ensuring successful accreditation and continual improvement. \n
- Lead customer quality investigations through to successful resolution. \n
- Coordinate inspections and root cause investigations with manufacturing partners. \n
- Work closely with engineering teams and overseas factories to identify and resolve quality issues. \n
- Drive corrective and preventative actions across the business. \n
- Support supplier audits and occasional international customer visits. \n
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. \n
About You
\nYou'll already be operating as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer within an electronics manufacturing environment and be comfortable managing both people and complex technical issues.
\nYou'll have:
\n- \n
- Proven Quality Management experience within Electronics Manufacturing. \n
- Experience leading Quality audits and maintaining quality accreditations. \n
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies. \n
- Experience managing customer quality investigations. \n
- Previous team leadership or management experience. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. \n
- A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to drive issues through to completion. \n
- An engineering or technical background would be highly advantageous. \n
