Commercial Account Handler

Are you an experienced Account Handler with good commercial knowledge, seeking a new position in the Bolton area?

If so, a brand-new opportunity has come to market for an Account Handler to join a successful and reputable commercial insurance brokerage and work from their newly refurbished office space.

As Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of cross-class commercial insurance risks. This role will suit a knowledgeable and competent Commercial Account Handler capable of dealing with a range of different commercial risks.

The Commercial Account Handler Role:

• Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims and queries for your clients.
\n
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, representing the business in a highly professional manner.
\n
• Building and retaining excellent working relationships with both clients and insurers.
\n
• Ensuring clients receive the best possible cover to meet their insurance needs.
\n

Experience and Skills:

\n
• Proven experience of working in the commercial insurance industry as an Account Handler is a must.
\n
• Strong knowledge across a wide range of commercial insurance risks.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
\n
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to understand and assess risk.
\n
• Be highly organised and able to manage your time efficiently and effectively.
\n
