• Starting Salary: £35,877 per annum.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, alternating weekly shifts, 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm.

• Full Time, Permanent.

We are recruiting for an experienced ProductionShift Leader to join our well established client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to manage production teams, drive operational performance, and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop production teams to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
\n
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and promote a positive safety culture.
\n
• Manage team performance, attendance, training, and development.
\n
• Coordinate shift activities to meet production schedules and KPIs.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
\n
• Complete production reporting and maintain accurate records.
\n
• Work closely with other departments to support operational performance.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Production Shift Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisory role within manufacturing.
\n
• IOSH qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
\n
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous.
\n
• Positive, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
\n
