Locum Lawyer - Housing, Homelessness & Civil Litigation
\n3-Month Contract | Hybrid Working | Kent (Nr Maidstone)
\nAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Locum Lawyer to join a busy and supportive legal team on an initial 3-month contract.
\nYou will manage a varied caseload focusing on Housing and Homelessness Law, alongside general civil litigation matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to internal clients.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Managing a caseload of housing, homelessness and litigation matters. \n
- Providing practical legal advice to clients and stakeholders. \n
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings and correspondence. \n
- Advising on policies, procedures and governance requirements. \n
- Supporting the wider legal team to deliver an efficient and professional service. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx with a current practising certificate. \n
- Experience handling housing and homelessness matters within local government or a similar environment. \n
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. \n
- Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
