Customer Service (Temp)

Are you tech-savvy and looking for short-term work?

We are seeking a friendly, proactive individual to support customers with installing and setting up a new mobile app. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent customer service skills and confidence using smartphones and mobile applications.

Key Details:

• Location: Near Heathrow Airport
\n
• Dates: 7th August to 14th August (may finish earlier or extend so flexibility required)
\n
• Hours: 6:00AM to 6:00PM
\n
• Environment: Primarily outdoor based and standing/walking for most of the shift
\n
• Pay: £13.50ph
\n

The Ideal Candidate Will:

\n
• Be confident using smartphones and mobile apps
\n
• Have strong communication and customer service skills
\n
• Be approachable, patient, and able to assist a wide range of customers
\n
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Heathrow
\n
• Be fully available from 7th to 14th August
\n
• Have excellent command of English
\n
