We cant offer a CoS for this role.You have You have experience in housing management or a similar customer focused role.You have confidence managing anti-social behaviour and complex customer situations.You have knowledge of housing law, safeguarding, and sustaining tenancies.You have strong organisation skills and take ownership from start to finish.You have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.Stronger togetherWe do our best work when were ourselves. However, flexibility is key both for our customers and for your work life balance so these times are not set in stone.A community based role and we would expect you to be out and about in your patch, speaking to customers for the majority of the week. But of course there is admin work and you can do this with a mix of home working and office working.
