Reception Teaching Assistant Location: Kings Norton, Birmingham, B30 Weekly Pay: £500 - £525 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only) Start Date: 07/09/2026 Contract: Long-Term, Temp-to-PermLong Term Futures is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Reception Teaching Assistant to support whole-class learning in a welcoming primary school in Kings Norton. This is a long-term opportunity from September, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. Working alongside an experienced EYFS team, you will support pupils as they begin their school journey, helping them develop confidence, independence and the foundations for future learning through engaging and inclusive classroom activities.
