Project Manager – Ductwork / Ventilation Secure Environment Projects (Midlands & North) | Building Services Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE) Package: Car allowance, project-related bonus, pension, 28 days holiday (incl. BH) Hours: 40 per week We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale ductwork and ventilation packages on secure environment projects. This is a key role offering long-term opportunity within a growing regional operation. The Role You will take full responsibility for managing ductwork/ventilation packages from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing site delivery in line with programme and project requirements Leading and coordinating labour-only contractors on site Working closely with design, drawing, and manufacturing teams Reviewing drawings and fabrication details for buildability and compliance Producing and managing key documentation (RAMS, RFIs, ITPs, progress reports) Identifying risks, constraints, and programme challenges early Maintaining quality standards and managing project close-outNon-Negotiables Proven experience managing large ductwork / ventilation packages Strong technical knowledge, including fire-rated systems and fire dampers Previous MOJ / secure environment experience and ability to pass vettingWhat We’re Looking For Background as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or Package Manager within ductwork, ventilation, or air distribution Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating manufacturing/fabrication SMSTS (essential) CSCS (management level) preferred IPAF / PASMA (or willingness to obtain) Relevant construction or building services qualification (preferred)Why Join?
