Electrical Manager

Electrical Manager Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a specialist and established organisation within building energy management system (BEMS) and building controls. Working across industries such as commercial and high-end residential, also involved in specialist projects across pharmaceuticals and data centres. Due to continued growth across the electrical side of the business, our client is looking to hire an experienced Electrical project manager / contracts manager. Salary & Benefits: £60,000 - £65,000 Company Vehicle 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension Excellent career progression opportunities The Role: As the Electrical Manager, you will take ownership of electrical installation projects from initial planning through to completion You will manage engineers, coordinate resources, maintain compliance with industry regulations and ensure exceptional service Manage electrical installation projects from planning through to completion Lead, mentor and coordinate electricians and apprentices Carry out site inspections and ensure work meets the highest quality standards Prepare quotations, RAMS, Certification and project documentation Requirements: Ideally you will need to have proven experience in an electrical management or senior electrical leadership role Strong working knowledge of BS7671, NICEIC standards and current electrical regulations Experience managing and delivering electrical projects Experience working in sectors across commercial, high end residential, industrial This is a great opportunity to join a leading business in a key leadership position that will help shape the future success for the electrical department.
