Job Description
Hunter Douglas Europe is undertaking a major multi-year transformation of its infrastructure landscape. We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Team Leader (Server, Storage & Cloud) – EMEA to drive standardisation, modernisation and resilience of infrastructure services across a diverse European environment.

\n This is a UK based role and a key position within the Infrastructure Leadership Team. You will provide both people leadership and technical direction, ensuring secure, scalable and high-performing infrastructure platforms that align with our global technology strategy

\n Key Responsibiliti

- esLead and develop a high-performing regional infrastructure team, promoting collaboration, accountability and technical excellenc \n
- e.Drive the standardisation and consolidation of infrastructure tools, technologies, processes and platforms across multiple business entitie \n
- s.Provide technical leadership across server, storage, Active Directory, virtualisation, backup and disaster recovery service \n
- s.Establish and govern infrastructure standards, service levels and best practices to improve reliability, security and efficienc \n
- y.Support strategic initiatives including data centre modernisation, cloud adoption and infrastructure transformation programme \n
- s.Champion automation and continuous improvement to enhance service deliver \n
- y.Partner with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams across the EMEA region to successfully deliver change and drive adoption of new technologie \n

- ForProven experience leading infrastructure teams within complex enterprise environmen \n
- ts.Strong technical expertise across Windows Server, Virtualisation, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Enterprise Storage, Backup & Recovery, Linux and Cloud technologies (primarily Azur \n
- e).Experience delivering infrastructure transformation, standardisation and operational improvement initiativ \n
- es.Solid understanding of hybrid cloud environments and modern infrastructure operatio \n
- ns.Knowledge of ITIL-aligned service management, shared services, SLAs and vendor manageme \n
- nt.Strong communication, stakeholder management and people leadership skil \n
- ls.A pragmatic, resilient and results-driven approach to leadership and delive \n
- ry.Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, with relevant technical certifications desirab \n
