\nIn this role, you will work within a passionate team of quant researchers, focusing predominantly on bespoke, ad-hoc quantitative projects with occasional tracking and qualitative opportunities. \nKey Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Take the lead on smaller research projects and collaborate with Directors on larger, complex briefs \n
- End-to-End Delivery: Handle day-to-day project milestones, managing timelines, budgets, and external fieldwork suppliers \n
- Insight & Storytelling: Oversee data analysis and interpretation to create thought-provoking, visually compelling reports that answer client briefs \n
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across high-profile consumer and B2B brands \n
- Problem Solving: Act as a solution-oriented troubleshooter to smoothly resolve any live project issues \n
Requirements:

- You are likely to have around 3+ years of experience in a quantitative research role within a market research agency environment \n
- High level of numeracy and a strong understanding of different quant research methodologies \n
- A fluid storyteller with a genuine passion for finding the narrative in data and communicating it with absolute clarity \n
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to self-motivate and run multiple projects simultaneously. \n
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a curiosity to embrace new research tools and technologies including the use of AI to streamline research processes \n
