We're delighted to be partnering with an expanding West midlands based architectural practice as they look to appoint a Qualified Architect to support a growing portfolio of projects across the residential sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious business where you'll have genuine autonomy, the chance to influence projects from concept through to delivery and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading projects across new build residential, supported living, extra care and retirement developments.
\n
• Managing projects through planning, technical design and delivery.
\n
• Coordinating consultants and building strong client relationships.
\n
• Producing high-quality design and technical solutions.
\n
• Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect.
\n
• UK project experience within the residential sector.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations.
\n
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD.
\n
• Confident managing projects, clients and multiple priorities.
\n
