\nAre you a Vehicle Mechanic, with 3+ years’ experience? Are you a great problem solver? If so, this might be the right role for you!
\nWe have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarket’s in-house mechanical team in Watford stocking 1,500+ used cars).
\nYou will be working in our own state-of-the-art workshop. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality 'First Time Fix'.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\n- \n
- Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards \n
- Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation \n
- Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard \n
What do I need for this role?
\n- \n
- Your own tools \n
- 3+ years experience as a vehicle technician \n
- Understand and comply with health and safety standards \n
- A full and valid Driving Licence \n
It will be a bonus if you had:
\n- \n
- MOT Tester qualification \n
- NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+ \n
The Package
\n- \n
- Pay ranges from £30k–£60k basic, with OTE up to £80k+ \n
- Performance bonus \n

Working Hours: (two different shifts available)
\nOption 1: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm (30 minute lunch) - Every other Saturday or Sunday
\nOption 2: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (30 minute break) - Every other Saturday or Sunday
\nOvertime available
\nPay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
