Human Resources Advisor

We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR Operations team of a large utilities company, providing expert employee relations advice and support to managers across the business. This role is a hybrid working role, based in the company's central London offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Relations Professional who enjoys managing a varied ER caseload, partnering with managers to resolve complex people matters, and contributing to HR projects that improve processes and manager capability.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a broad range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness absence, capability, discrimination, bullying & harassment, redeployment and redundancy.
\n
• Providing practical, commercially focused advice on employment law, HR policies and best practice.
\n
• Coaching and supporting managers through complex people issues.
\n
• Working closely with HR colleagues, Occupational Health, Payroll, Legal and Trade Union representatives.
\n
• Maintaining accurate HR records and case management reporting.
\n
• Supporting HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n

What we're looking for:

• CIPD qualified or currently studying towards CIPD.
\n
• Strong experience in an HR Advisor or HR Operations role with responsibility for complex ER case management.
\n
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
\n
• Experience using HR systems (SAP experience is advantageous).
\n
