Associate Architect – Birmingham OR Leicester

Birmingham | £50,000 – £65,000 DOE | Hybrid working with two days per week

Hunter Dunning is working with an established AJ100 architectural practice seeking an experienced Associate Architect to lead Industrial and Logistics projects across RIBA Stages 0–6. Experienced Associate Directors with a strong Industrial and Logistics background will also be considered.

Your Experience

• ARB registered Architect with experience across RIBA Stages 0–6

• Industrial and Logistics sector experience

• Leadership of major projects and multidisciplinary project teams

• Knowledge of UK town planning policy, Building Regulations and British Standards

• Technical drawing packages, NBS specifications and construction documentation

• Strong design ability and good Revit skills

• Presentation, communication and time management skills

• Business development experience would be advantageous
