\nWe are seeking a Roving Facilities Manager to support clients across a diverse portfolio of demised commercial properties throughout London. You'll provide a proactive, customer-focused Facilities Management service, ensuring occupier-managed spaces are safe, compliant and well-maintained while building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
\n๐ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
\nYou'll take full responsibility for delivering Facilities Management services across a varied portfolio, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and operational excellence.
\nKey responsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Managing and developing strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. \n
- Conducting regular client meetings and site visits to review building condition, service delivery, compliance and overall customer satisfaction. \n
- Taking ownership of multiple commercial properties, ensuring all aspects of Facilities Management are delivered to the highest standards. \n
- Preparing and presenting clear, accurate management reports for clients and senior stakeholders. \n
- Producing annual service charge and operational budgets, monitoring expenditure and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies. \n
- Validating invoices, managing expenditure and reviewing quotations to ensure value for money. \n
- Managing reactive and planned maintenance through the CAFM/helpdesk system, coordinating contractors and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales. \n
- Overseeing supplier performance through KPI reviews, service meetings and contract management to ensure consistently high standards. \n
- Ensuring contractors work safely, with appropriate permits to work, RAMS and health & safety procedures in place. \n
- Carrying out detailed property inspections, identifying maintenance requirements and driving remedial actions through to completion. \n
- Maintaining accurate property records, compliance documentation and statutory certification across company systems. \n
- Ensuring all statutory compliance requirements are met, including managing inspections, certifications and remedial works within required deadlines. \n
- Supporting business continuity planning, emergency preparedness and fire safety procedures across the portfolio. \n
- Managing work orders, contract variations and annual contract reviews to ensure accurate service delivery. \n
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, operational performance and client satisfaction. \n
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent service across all client accounts. \n
- Keeping professional knowledge up to date by completing all mandatory training and continuing professional development. \n

\nYou'll also have:

- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, managing a portfolio of commercial properties. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage professionally at all levels. \n
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently. \n
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, expenditure and service contracts. \n
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service. \n
- Experience managing contractors and suppliers, monitoring KPIs and driving service improvements. \n
- A solid understanding of both Hard and Soft Facilities Management services. \n
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, health & safety legislation and property compliance requirements. \n
- Experience implementing and improving Facilities Management processes and systems. \n
- IOSH Managing Safely (essential). \n
- NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable). \n
- Full UK driving licence preferred. \n

\n๐ฐSalary Upto ยฃ50,000k + Car allowance + Upto 10% Bonus
