Legal Partner Role:

\n - Give legal advice and support across the UK and Ireland business.
\n - Handle data protection matters, including subject access requests and privacy issues.
\n - Advise teams on clinical trials, including reviewing and negotiating agreements.
\n - Help the business stay compliant with pharmaceutical laws and codes of conduct.
\n - Spot legal risks early and help the business plan around them.

Your Background:
\n
\n - Qualified lawyer in England and Wales.
\n - Solid, practical knowledge of UK data protection law (UK GDPR).
\n - Good understanding of UK commercial pharmaceutical law.
\n - Experience working in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
\n - Knowledge of medical device or digital health regulations is a bonus, not a must.
