We are seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee multiple locations, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional client service within a fast-paced, high-profile travel retail environment.

The Role:

• Lead and manage multiple retail locations within a luxury airport environment

• Drive sales performance, productivity, and KPI delivery across all sites

• Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing management and sales teams

• Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with luxury service standards

• Ensure operational excellence across all areas including stock, compliance, and visual standards

• Build a strong clientelling culture to maximise sales opportunities and client loyalty

• Monitor business performance, analysing key metrics and implementing strategic action plans

• Partner closely with senior leadership to drive commercial success and team engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multi-site management or senior retail leadership within luxury or premium retail

• Strong track record of delivering sales growth and leading high-performing teams

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and hands-on mindset

• Experience within fast-paced, high-turnover environments is highly desirable

• Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
