An outstanding opportunity has arisen for two talented commercial lawyers to join a highly regarded Film, Television & Theatre team in private practice.\n

\nWorking alongside market-leading partners and senior lawyers, the successful candidates will advise an impressive client base across the film, television, theatre and live events industries on a broad range of commercial, rights, production and finance matters.\n

\nThis is an exciting opportunity for ambitious lawyers who are passionate about the entertainment sector and keen to play a key role within a dynamic and collaborative practice.\n

The team advises producers, studios, investors, financiers and other major industry participants on a wide variety of matters, including:\n

Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from lawyers with at least 4 years’ PQE, although candidates in the 5–9 years’ PQE range are particularly encouraged to apply.\n
\nCandidates should demonstrate:\n

- Strong commercial contracts and/or intellectual property experience \n
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills \n
- A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to legal advice \n
- Confidence managing transactions and client relationships \n
- Strong technical ability combined with excellent interpersonal skills \n
- An interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers \n
- A genuine enthusiasm for the film, television, theatre and live events sectors \n
