Site Manager – Internals / Fit Out
\nNorth London
\n£290 per day
\nLong-term Contract (12 months+, with the potential to extend) An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internals Site Manager to join one of the UK's leading residential developers on a major flagship regeneration scheme in North London.
\nThis is a specialist role focused on taking residential units from internal shell through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all internal fit out works including first fix, second fix, snagging, defects and final handover, ensuring the highest standards of quality are achieved throughout.
\nThe development comprises seven RC frame residential blocks, with the structural frame and external façade well progressed. Three of the buildings are already watertight, with apartment completions scheduled from June 2027 through to March 2028, providing a long-term programme of works.
\nKey responsibilities:

- Managing internal fit out works from shell through to handover. \n
- Coordinating subcontractors across all first fix and second fix activities. \n
- Driving programme, quality and health & safety on site. \n
- Managing snagging, defects and final quality inspections. \n
- Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to ensure timely delivery. \n
- Liaising with NHBC, building control and internal quality teams where required. \n
- Maintaining excellent standards of finish across all residential units. \n
Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Internals or Fit Out Site Manager on large residential RC frame developments. \n
- Strong knowledge of first fix, second fix, finishing trades and apartment handovers. \n
- Excellent organisational and subcontractor management skills. \n
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. \n
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on quality and programme. \n
