Banking Legal Counsel - 3+ PQE

We're working with an international financial institution seeking a banking lawyer (c.3-6 PQE) to join its EMEA legal team.

This is a broad role covering corporate lending, structured finance, trade finance and wider transaction banking matters, with regular interaction across front office, risk and credit teams.

The business is investing heavily in its future and is going through a period of positive transformation, creating strong opportunities for development and career progression.

Ideal candidates will have banking experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both, together with strong knowledge of lending documentation and a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
