- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + London allowance \n
- Location: Initial 6-month training period in London, followed by a permanent full-time role based in Newcastle upon Tyne \n
Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Support the end-to-end graduate and internship lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, universities, and internal stakeholders. \n
- Assist in delivering campus events including careers fairs, insight sessions, and virtual presentations. \n
- Coordinate university engagement activity, including logistics, travel, materials, and briefing internal representatives. \n
- Maintain engaging Early Careers content across social media and job boards. \n
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. \n
- Coordinate interviews, assessment centres, and online testing schedules. \n
- Prepare assessor materials, collate feedback, and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system. \n
- Support offer management and pre-employment onboarding administration. \n
- Assist in the day-to-day delivery of internship and graduate programmes, including onboarding and rotation coordination. \n
- Act as a key point of contact for interns and graduates, providing support and escalating issues where appropriate. \n
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to support continuous programme improvement. \n
- Maintain reporting tools, trackers, and process documentation. \n
Requirements:

- Strong A Levels and a minimum 1st degree. \n
- Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and professional. \n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. \n
