HR Coordinator (Part-Time)

As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle while helping to continuously improve people processes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and day-to-day HR administration, while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time position.
\nThe Opportunity
\nThis is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support all aspects of the employee journey, working closely with managers and employees across the business.
\nYou'll be responsible for:

- Managing the recruitment process from advertising vacancies through to arranging interviews, preparing offers and contracts. \n
- Coordinating a welcoming onboarding experience for new employees. \n
- Managing the offboarding process to ensure a professional employee experience. \n
- Maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems and documentation. \n
- Supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR administration and people queries. \n
- Coordinating wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities. \n
- Supporting training administration and maintaining learning records. \n
- Coordinating probation reviews and other people processes. \n
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of HR policies, templates and procedures. \n
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and drive continuous improvement. \n
- Providing general HR administration support across the wider business. \n
About You
\nYou'll be an organised and people-focused HR professional who enjoys building positive relationships while keeping processes running smoothly.
\nYou'll bring:
\n- \n
- Previous experience within an HR, People or Administration role. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. \n
- A friendly, approachable communication style with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels. \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Good Microsoft 365 skills and confidence learning new systems. \n
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for creating a positive employee experience. \n
- Experience working within a continuously improving environment would be advantageous. \n
- CIPD Level 5 (or currently working towards it) would be desirable but is not essential. \n
