Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Project Architect to join a dynamic team delivering a high rise, high-risk residential scheme in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-driven architect to take ownership of key project stages within a collaborative, design-focused environment. You’ll play a central role in delivering complex housing projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and innovation throughout.
\nResponsibilities:

- Lead the coordination and development of project packages across RIBA stages \n
- Produce and manage detailed design information using Revit \n
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, particularly within high-risk residential frameworks \n
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders \n
- Support project delivery programmes, budgets, and client expectations \n
- Contribute to technical reviews and problem-solving across schemes \n
Requirements:

- ARB-registered Architect \n
- 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience within a UK practice \n
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) \n
- Proven experience working on UK residential or housing projects \n
- Solid understanding of technical delivery and regulatory requirements \n
- Strong communication and coordination skills \n
- Ability to work both independently and within a broader team \n
- Have the right to live and work in the UK \n
