What you’ll be doing:

This is a highly autonomous role and offers the opportunity for you to really make your mark.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a team, help with operations, optimise sales strategies, and contribute to the organisation’s success in a competitive market. You will be leading, mentoring and training to get the very best out of your teams.

You’ll also be expected to ensure that all the right practices and processes are in place to enable further growth and maximise efficiency across the sales function and workshop.

What you’ll need:

• We are open to a wide range of backgrounds but a passion for all things motorcross/motorsport/bikes/quadbikes is a must.

• Excellent organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability in administration, IT, management, including strategic thinking, planning and execution.
