Senior Area Facilities Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Area Facilities Manager to support our client in driving operational excellence across a multi-site office estate throughout London - Hard services only

£62k + 10% bonus 1 day WFH + many other benefits

About the Role

\n
• Supporting technical services contract management and delivery across the entire portfolio
\n
• Managing, developing and supporting Area Facilities Managers
\n
• Leading our company-wide energy management initiatives to drive down operational costs
\n
• Overseeing capital expenditure planning and project coordination
\n
• Conducting building surveys and audits to ensure compliance with H&S legislation and FM standards
\n
• Managing reactive works, SLA performance and key client communications
\n
• Contract management of specialist services (lifts, P&D, life safety)
\n
• Quality assurance and continuous process improvement
\n

About You

\n
• Proven multi-site facilities management experience (essential) – ideally managing multiple locations simultaneously
\n
• At least 2 years in an Area Facilities Manager (covering multiple sites) role or similar
\n
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical contract management
\n
• Experience managing outsourced subcontractors
\n
• Technical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines
\n
• Strong stakeholder management skills with contractors and internal teams
\n
• Self-motivated, organised and detail-oriented
\n

Desirable:

• RICS qualification or equivalent
\n
• Relevant professional FM qualifications
\n
