\nWe offer highly competitive starting salaries, with no pay bands/limits, highly flexible working, 25 days paid annual leave as a minimum (approx 33 days including bank holidays), pension scheme, company mobile phone, and a potential car allowance option.
\nApplicants must have a full UK driving licence, as there will be significant driving to meet clients, and install noise surveying equipment. The role will be primarily home-based and therefore will require a high degree of self-discipline and motivation. A science/engineering degree is preferred but not essential for the right candidate, with the right attitude.
\nKey Duties:

- Conduct acoustic assessments and noise measurements in various environments across the Greater London and surrounding regions. \n
- Analyse and interpret acoustic data to provide recommendations for noise control and mitigation. \n
- Design and implement noise control solutions for clients. \n
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure acoustic requirements are met in building design projects. \n
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on acoustic regulations and standards. \n
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on acoustic findings and recommendations. \n
- Answer phone calls from potential clients and provide detailed quotations by phone or email. \n
- Assist with business development and marketing tasks. \n
Key Skills Required:

- Proficiency in using complex computer software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary design teams \n
- Good phone manner to communicate effectively with clients \n
- highly self-motivated and able to manage a fast paced environment with time pressure and key deadlines. \n
This role will be mainly home-based, when not traveling to client sites to carry out acoustic surveys and assessments. All equipment and training will be provided, and all expenses when working on site will be fully reimbursed. A car allowance is also a possibility for applicants that do not own their own vehicle.
