Real Estate Solicitor – Liverpool – 0-3 PQE - £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor in Liverpool to join an highly regarded and growing commercial real estate team with a top tier National Legal 500 practice.

This role offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions across a broad range of sectors with a broad range of commercial property matters to work on including acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant matters, sales & purchases.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor in Liverpool seeking high-quality work, strong progression prospects, and a genuinely collegiate culture.

The Role:

• Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
\n
• Supporting a broad client base of local and national developers and investors
\n
• Assisting with large-scale commercial & residential development projects
\n
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
\n
• Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile mandates
\n
• Collaborating across practice areas and offices within the firm’s wider network
\n
• Contributing to client relationship development and ongoing business initiatives
\n

The Candidate:

\n
• Qualified solicitor 0-3 PQE and strong experience in commercial property
\n
• Strong background, ideally trained with a strong practice, and a seat in real estate
\n
• Experience with a broad range of commercial property matters, ideally within development
\n
• Excellent technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
\n
• Either qualified in England & Wales, or a foreign qualified lawyer at an elite firm
\n
• Highly organised with strong time-management capabilities
\n
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
\n
