Corporate ECM Lawyer 4-6 PQE

About The Firm

An international law firm whose Corporate ECM team is one of the leading teams in the market, are recruiting for a 4-6 PQE Associate to join their London office.

The Role

As part of the team, you will, will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile transactions, advising both domestic and international clients.

Your role will have a main focus on ECM work (both Main Market and AIM) but will also be exposed to work across a broad range of corporate transactions including: M&A (public and private), joint ventures and venture capital.

This will service clients from a range of industries, such as technology, media, entertainment and sport, energy & renewables, life sciences and retail.

Required Skills and Experience

• You will be a qualified lawyer with at least 3 -6 years' experience in equity capital markets and corporate, gained from an equally leading practice.
\n
• Experience with listed funds would be ideal.
\n
