Document Controller – Renewable Energy
\nThe Company:
\nOur client is an industry-leading renewable energy firm delivering major infrastructure projects that support the global transition to sustainable energy. Based in Central London, they operate within a fast-paced, innovative environment, offering hybrid working and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact, technically complex projects.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a new Common Data Environment (CDE). \n
- Manage project documentation, data, and records from pre-construction through to project handover. \n
- Perform quality assurance checks on deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards. \n
- Generate and maintain reports covering workflows, RFIs, and document control metrics. \n
- Train and support project teams on document control procedures and best practices. \n
- Administer SharePoint systems, ensuring accurate filing and document management. \n
- Conduct audits of project documentation to maintain consistency and quality. \n
- Align document control processes with the organisation’s Quality Management System. \n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across document management processes. \n
Experience & Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Proven experience in document control within architecture, engineering, construction, or infrastructure environments. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook). \n
- Experience with Document Control Systems (InEight desirable but not essential – training provided). \n
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train project teams. \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment \n
