\n We are seeking an experienced Senior Title II Engineering Support Specialist to provide technical leadership and engineering assurance in support of United States Air Force infrastructure programmes based at RAF Mildenha
ll.
\n The
Role
\n Reporting to the Engineering Manager or Programme Director, you will provide senior engineering oversight throughout the construction phase of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring engineering solutions are technically compliant, buildable and delivered in accordance with contractual, regulatory and client requirem
ents.
\n You will act as the principal engineering interface between the client, design consultants, contractors and project teams, providing technical assurance, resolving engineering issues and supporting successful programme del
ivery.

- livery.Lead technical reviews of engineering drawings, specifications and contractor submi \n
- ssions.Review Requests for Information (RFIs), technical queries, engineering changes and design modific \n
- ations.Ensure engineering solutions comply with project specifications, applicable codes and client requir \n
- ements.Provide engineering assurance across multiple infrastructure pr \n
- ojects.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and United States Government represent \n
- atives.Support design verification, quality assurance and engineering governance pro \n
- cesses.Manage engineering risks, technical issues and interface coordi \n
- nation.Participate in programme reviews, technical workshops and client me \n
- etings.Support commissioning, testing, handover and project close-out acti \n
- vities.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across project \n
- teams.Maintain accurate engineering documentation and configuration c \n
ontrol.

bout You
\n You will be an experienced engineering professional with a proven background supporting complex infrastructure, construction or defence programmes and capable of providing senior technical leadership throughout project
delivery.

\n EssentialDegree or equivalent qualification in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services En \n - gineering.Significant experience supporting engineering delivery within construction or infrastructure p \n
- rogrammes.Extensive experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and technical docu \n
- mentation.Strong knowledge of construction-phase engineering, design coordination and technical \n
- assurance.Excellent communication and stakeholder manageme \n
- nt skills.Ability to manage multiple technical interfaces within complex p \n
- rogrammes.Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving \n
abilities

\n DesirablePrevious experience supporting United States Air Force, US Department of Defense (DoD) or US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) infrastructure \n - programmes.Experience delivering Title II engineering support or construction administratio \n
- n services.Knowledge of MILCON standards and federal design and construction re \n
- quirements.Experience managing engineering change control, RFIs, submittals and technical \n
- approvals.Working knowledge of NEC Engineering and Construction Contracts and Design & Build p \n
- rocurement.Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or active progress towards professional registration with an appropriate engineering i \n
- nstitution.Existing BPSS, Security Check (SC) or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain the appropriate \n
clearance.
