(Hybrid working 2-3 days per week on site).Core DutiesWorking to deliver a high value tender frameworkSupporting the day to day to tender activitiesManaging tender documents which align with the agreed strategyDeveloping tender criteria which support the required outcomesManaging the appropriate assessment criteria with key stakeholdersSetting incentivisation targets which support project outcomes though KPI'sEnforcing strict tender process and protocols throughout both development, production, and pricing phasesSupporting governance needs within a complex project environmentManaging the ITT programme elementsUtilising COUPA software platform to build, update and manage a tender processWorking with the team and key stakeholders to align the ITT outputs and production of final outcome reportsSupporting development of the head contract terms and conditions, and associated call off contractsAgreeing and being involved in contract finalisation processManaging queries both during the run up to and throughout the pricing stage, related to both ITT and Contract queriesWorking within a high security environmentKnowledge, Skills & QualificationsAble to manage multiple stakeholdersHonest and open in approachAble to work as part of a professional teamExperience of Supplier Relationship Management during tender processExperience of commercial terms associated with construction and infrastructure deliveryCapable of dealing with ambiguity and change in a tender processFamiliar with UK Construction Supply ChainExperience of procuring high value NEC contractsFor more information please contact Lauren Morley at JAM Recruitment or click apply.TPBN1_UKTJ
