Key Responsibilities\n

- Accurately pick and kit components in line with production schedules.
\n - Assemble products to specification using detailed work instructions.
\n - Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
\n - Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
\n - Assist with stock control and inventory accuracy.
\n - Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.
\n - Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

- Previous experience within a manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
\n - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
\n - Good manual dexterity and confidence working with small components.
\n - Ability to follow written instructions and work independently when required.
\n - A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
\n - Basic IT skills would be an advantage.
