Class 2 / 7.5T driver

We're looking for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 or 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a friendly team based in Acton.

This is more than just a driving job. You'll be delivering food supplies to food banks across London, helping support local communities while enjoying a stable, full-time role with excellent benefits and ongoing training.

• Salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per year

• Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday working patterns
\n
• Start times of 06:00-14:00, 07:00-15:00 or 08:00-16:00
\n
• 34 days' annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
\n
• Overtime available
\n
• Staff food supplies
\n
• Full training and ongoing support
\n
• Permanent, full-time position
\n

• Deliver palletised food supplies to food banks across London
\n
• Use a tail lift for deliveries
\n
• Some handball required
\n
• Complete daily vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
\n
• Provide a professional and courteous service at every delivery
\n

\n
• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence or7.5 Tonne (Category C1) licence
\n
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• A reliable, punctual and professional attitude
\n
• Good customer service skills
\n
• Ability to carry out some manual handling
\n
