Project CoordinatorLocation: LancashireSalary: Up to £35,000 DOEHours: Monday-Friday, 7.30am - 4pmWorking closely with the Senior Technical Contracts Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring engineers, subcontractors and clients are fully supported throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities\n

- Coordinate commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from start to finish. \n
- Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). \n
- Support compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and maintain Health & Safety documentation. \n
- Schedule engineers, subcontractors and site activities. \n
- Coordinate labour, materials, plant, equipment and site access requirements. \n
- Maintain and update CAFM/job management systems. \n
- Produce project reports, trackers and project documentation. \n
- Prepare Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and handover documentation. \n
- Raise purchase orders and support procurement activities. \n
- Track project progress, costs and variations. \n
- Assist with quotations, invoicing and financial administration. \n
- Maintain accurate project files, action logs and document control. \n
- Arrange permits, inductions and compliance documentation. \n
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams. \n
- Attend project meetings and provide administrative support throughout the project lifecycle. \n

- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role. \n
- Experience within Construction, Building Services or Hard Facilities Management. \n
- Experience using CAFM or job management systems. \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. \n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills. \n
- The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines. \n

- Knowledge of commercial heating systems. \n
- Knowledge of commercial hot water systems. \n
- Experience with air conditioning and ventilation projects. \n
- NHS project experience. \n
