Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation: North West EnglandSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOEHours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pmThe CompanyOur client is a well-established manufacturer specialising in high-quality injection moulded plastic products, supplying a diverse range of industries across the UK. Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business that offers long-term career progression, ongoing investment in its people and a supportive working environment.The RoleAs an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and installing a wide range of production machinery and site services. The role will involve everything from reactive breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance through to project work and equipment installations.Working closely with production and engineering teams, you will play a key role in maximising machine reliability and minimising downtime across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production machineryDiagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and effectivelyInstall and commission new machinery and equipmentSupport continuous improvement and engineering projectsMaintain site electrical systems and associated equipmentEnsure all work is completed safely and in line with company proceduresWork collaboratively with production to maximise equipment uptimeComplete maintenance documentation and reports accuratelyAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:An electrically biased multi-skilled engineering backgroundLevel 2 and Level 3 Engineering qualificationsA completed time-served apprenticeship18th Edition (desirable)Experience working with three-phase electrical systems and 24V control circuitsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to work independentlyExperience within manufacturing, plastics, injection moulding or a similar industrial environment would be advantageousWhat's on OfferSalary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experienceMonday to Friday days roleCompany-funded health and wellbeing benefitsMedical and dental supportDiscounted gym membershipCycle to Work schemeFree flu vaccinationsLife insuranceFree on-site parkingRegular company eventsOngoing training and genuine career progression opportunitiesStable permanent position with a growing manufacturerIf you're an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a successful manufacturing business that values its people and invests in its engineering function, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today with your CV for immediate consideration.TPBN1_UKTJ
