Commercial Account Handler – Remote

Salary: Up to £38,000 Location: Remote (occasional travel around Manchester)

An established insurance broker is looking for a Commercial Account Handler to support an Account Executive based near Manchester.

You’ll work across a broad mix of cross-class commercial clients, with premiums ranging from SME through to £500,000 GWP.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the Account Executive with the ongoing management of their client portfolio
\n
• Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and general client enquiries
\n
• Liaising with insurers and negotiating appropriate terms
\n
• Working across a varied mix of commercial risks
\n
• Occasionally attending client meetings or meeting with the Account Executive
\n

The position will be almost entirely remote, although you’ll need to be within reasonable travelling distance of Manchester to provide occasional face-to-face support.

Experience with commercial insurance products within the UK market is essential.
